mgloin permits one account per individual, per household, and per device. If multiple accounts are found to be associated with the same person, mgloin reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close those accounts and forfeit any associated balances pending investigation.
During or after registration, mgloin may request identity verification documents including a copy of a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. You agree to provide these documents promptly when requested. Failure to complete identity verification may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including blocked withdrawals, until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your mgloin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. mgloin will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure.
You must not share your account login details with any other person. Allowing a third party to access or operate your account — whether for betting, depositing, withdrawing, or any other purpose — is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact mgloin support immediately through the Help section of the platform. mgloin may temporarily restrict your account access while investigating a reported security incident.
Logging into mgloin from a new device or browser may trigger additional verification steps. This is a security measure designed to protect your account and is not an indication of any problem with your account status.

Deposits are credited to your mgloin balance after confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases this is near-instant, but bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within a reasonable time after the transaction is confirmed on your end, contact support with your transaction reference number.
mgloin does not charge deposit fees on standard methods. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside mgloin's control. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.
All deposit methods used on mgloin must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts, cards, or wallets belonging to another person are not permitted and may result in the transaction being reversed and your account being reviewed.
Withdrawals from your mgloin account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered under your name. Withdrawals are paid out in PKR.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification. Accounts that have not submitted or completed identity verification may have withdrawals held pending completion of this process. mgloin will request only the documents necessary to confirm your identity and ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant bonus being met in full before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are completed will result in the bonus amount being forfeited from the withdrawal total.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting mgloin support. If you have active bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements at the time of closure, those amounts will be forfeited. Any real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal after identity verification.
